2. Complaints Under IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

For grievances related to IT Rules, 2021, we shall:

• Acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours, and

• Resolve it within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Resolution includes all actions necessary to fully address the complaint.

If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may approach the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) through any of the following modes:
