He has worked with Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company as Regional Head – Agency for half of Odisha and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as Branch Manager, where he successfully led business expansion, team strategy, and performance.

He has also served at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance as Zone Manager – West for the Career Distribution Channel in Agency Sales. During his tenure, he received multiple recognitions as one of the Top Performing Leaders within these organisations.

Currently, Mr. Joydeep Rakshit is associated with Bima Saathi Insurance Broking Company as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he spearheads AI, IT, and Digital transformation initiatives to modernize and elevate business operations.
